Terms & Conditions

We Are WHSE – Terms & Conditions

1. Introduction
These terms and conditions (“T&Cs”) apply to any individual event in the We Are WHSE series (each an “Event”). By purchasing or using a ticket, you acknowledge that you have read, accepted and agree to be bound by these T&Cs.
References in these T&Cs to “we”, “us”, “our” are to the promoters of the Event. References to “you” and “your” are to a ticket-holder or attendee.

2. Admission & Entry
We reserve the right to refuse admission or to remove you from the Event site without a refund if you fail to comply with any reasonable instructions from our staff or security, or if your conduct is disruptive, unsafe, or in breach of these T&Cs.

You must follow any safety or security measures introduced for the Event. Failure to do so may result in eviction without refund.

3. Your Ticket
Your ticket is valid only for the Event for which it was issued, and only upon presentation of valid ticket (and wristband if applicable) at the designated entrance.

Tickets may not be resold or transferred. Tickets bought from unauthorised sources may be void, and admission may be refused. Our official ticket outlets are Paylogic & Skiddle.

Once scanned for entry, tickets become void and the associated wristband (if issued) remains our property and must not be tampered with.

Lost or stolen tickets or wristbands will not be replaced. Ticket holders should expect queues at various points of entry to the Event and arrive with plenty of time before the first act they wish to see –  no refund will be given for missed artists or late entry.

4. Changes to the Event & Refunds
If the Event is cancelled in full and not rescheduled, a refund may be considered. If the Event is partially cancelled or materially changed in a way that a reasonable ticket-holder could not expect, a proportionate refund may be considered.

Changes to the line-up, adverse weather, changes to individual artists, or a delay in start time are not considered “material changes”.

Any refund request must be made within a three month period, and booking fees may not be refundable.

Your travel, accommodation or other arrangements made in connection with the Event are your own responsibility and we accept no liability for costs incurred beyond a ticket refund.
