Yes, everyone coming to We Are WHSE events will be searched as a condition of entry. If you refuse to be searched, you will be refused entry to the event and no refund will be issued.
- Full Entry Conditions:
- A valid photo ID is required
- Management reserve the right to refuse entry
- Once you are inside, you are not allowed to leave and re-enter
- A search policy is in operation on entry
- A no tolerance drug policy is in operation – anyone found with drugs will be ejected
- Challenge 25 is in operation within the venue
- No large bags/rucksacks allowed inside the venue. Max size is A4.
- No liquids. No glass. No aerosols (includes perfume, aftershave & deodorant)
- No food or drinks of any kind
- No gym wear. No football shirts. No face coverings. No chains. No Large Jewellery.
- No weapons
- No flares / fireworks
- No high-vis vests
If you arrive with any items that are not allowed, these can be surrendered at the entrance. Any surrendered items cannot be collected once you leave and will be disposed of immediately.
- An in-date photographic driver’s licence or provisional licence.
- A valid passport. Out of date passports will not be accepted.
- A proof of age standards scheme card (showing the pass hologram)
- An in-date armed forces photo id card.
- A national photo identity card issued by country of origin (other than the united kingdom)
Please Note – We do not accept photocopies. Only the original forms of ID will be accepted.

No, We Are WHSE operates a no re-entry policy so once you leave the venue you will not be allowed back in.
No, there are no available lockers at We Are WHSE events. Please do not bring any restricted items with you as there will be nowhere to store these during the event and you will not be allowed inside with them.

We Are WHSE operates a no tolerance policy when it comes to drugs. Please see below a list of other restricted items:
No alcohol or liquids of any kind
No drugs (including ‘legal highs’)
No weapons
No glass (including aftershave or perfumes)
No food
No flares
No aerosols or pressurised canisters
No selfie sticks
No flags / flag poles
No rucksacks or large bags (bags must be A4 sized – 21cm x 30cm x 8cm)
No professional camera/recording equipment
No high vis vests
